Submit an Incident in ServiceNow

This piece of the ServiceNow integration allows end users of your SysTrack Self-Help IT Portal to submit an incident in ServiceNow directly from the portal. After this integration is configured, the Self-Help IT Portal displays the Contact IT Support option on the Tools tab.

TIP: With this integration, Health Self-Report Surveys will include a check box that automatically creates a ServiceNow incident when checked and submitted via the survey.
