This cloud-only release includes various bug fixes and new features.

New

Proactive Alerting

  • IT Engineers can configure proactive email alerts to be sent out automatically whenever one or more selected SysTrack sensors are triggered on a significant number of devices, indicating a widespread problem that demands rapid response.

  • Alerting is based on a configurable threshold for each monitored sensor, and administrators can choose between specifying a percentage of devices triggering the sensor or a set number of devices with the sensor triggered.

  • The chosen relevant parties are immediately notified when issues first emerge, mitigating potential impact.

  • Active issues will not trigger repeated notifications. When a problem is fixed, the corresponding issue can be set to Resolved, allowing it to be reactivated if the same problem happens again.

Enhancements to Executive Insights

The Executive Insights dashboard has been transitioned to an app that provides longer-term data access, a cleaner UI, and in-app Health Score breakdown. This improved summary of estate-wide DEX helps organizations effectively allocate resources to reduce productivity impact for maximum ROI. The Group Trending graph has been removed while being redesigned for a future release.

Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor Integration

SysTrack can be configured to collect data for Nutanix AHV implementations like that collected for VMware. This new integration enables improved performance management and VDI right-sizing for Nutanix environments. The data is available in Resolveā€™s black box and Visualizer. Both host metrics and virtual machine counters from Nutanix Guest Tools are provided.

Improved SQL Survey Control

The Edit Survey Schedule dialog in SysTrack Configure has been enhanced to allow you to specify how frequently a triggered SQL survey should be sent out, as well as the percentage of users who will be surveyed.

Updated Legal Documents

Miscellaneous SysTrack statements and agreements have been revised and moved from the Cloud landing page to the Lakeside Software website. These include the Master SAAS agreement, Service Level Objectives, Fair Use Policy, and Privacy Statement.
