10.11 Agent Release Notes

This agent release includes new features, bug fixes and enhancements to the product.

Important

• We discontinued support for version 9.0.9 agents and On-Premises effective July 16, 2023.

• We discontinued support for version 10.0 agents as of October 16, 2023.

• We will discontinue support for version 10.1 agents on February 27, 2024.

• We will discontinue support for version 10.2 agents on April 24, 2024.

New

Android Data Collection

The latest update to the Android agent introduces new data collection features: cell spectrum information and cell network signal strength, measured in decibels-milliwatt (dBm). To query this data, you need to create a custom view. This is for Android only.

Browser Extension in Chrome Web Store

Our browser extension is now available in Chrome Web Store. The extension enables clients to manage browser settings via Chrome Management Console, ensuring unrestricted access to valuable web data. This is for Windows only.

GPU Collection on Mac

We now collect GPU information for Mac machines using the Usage_GPU column and Power_usage column that is shared with Windows and a new column FREQ_GPU which is specific to Mac.

Fixed

• LsiUser launches for large number of machines. This is for Windows only. (Case 90546)

• The collect.mdb file is not recreated when it is removed while the service is stopped. This is for Windows only. (Case 91208)

Changed

• Chrome extensions have been migrated from a v2 manifest to a v3 manifest for enhanced security, performance, and maintainability in Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This aligns with the updated extension manifest format introduced in Manifest v3. This is for Windows only.
