NetScaler Collection Extensions

SysTrack's NetScaler collection extensions allow SysTrack to collect Performance and Inventory data from a NetScaler using its NitroAPI. Then you can use this data for the following purposes:

• Use NetScaler-specific sensors to alert when an issue may occur.

• Perform root cause analysis by looking at historical NetScaler data when users report issues.

• Gain full end-to-end visibility of a user's session that combines the following data:

  • NetScaler data

  • SysTrack agent data collected on endpoints and virtual desktops

  • Citrix Director data

  • Thin client data from iGel and Dell Wyse devices
