Intelligent Support
NOTE: Intelligent Support is part of the SysTrack Intelligence Package. To access this functionality, you must purchase the Intelligence Package. Contact your Account team for more details.
Intelligent Support combines the power of SysTrack sensors with generative AI to provide in-app guidance to SysTrack users.

Go to Resolve.

Select a user or system.

From the Overview page, click Intelligent Support to start a conversation. During your first interaction with Intelligent Support, you will be asked to read and accept a disclaimer. You must accept the disclaimer to interact with Intelligent Support.

When the conversation begins, Intelligent Support is given information about the specific sensor so that it can provide the user with helpful information.

Continue to have a conversation until your issue is resolved.

Click Copy to copy Intelligent Support's response to your clipboard.

Use the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons to rate the response.
NOTE: The history of conversations with Intelligent Support is not saved. When you navigate to a new page or select another sensor to begin a conversation, any previous conversations will not be saved.

To start another conversation, select a different sensor and click the Intelligent Support button.
