Workspace ONE

SysTrack uses the Workspace ONE REST API to collect device data.

Enable Workspace ONE REST API

1. Navigate to the Workspace ONE All Settings menu > System > Advanced > API > REST API to enable the REST API. Make note of the REST API URL and the API Key which need to be entered into SysTrack Configure for integration.

2. On the Accounts > Administrators page, be sure to enable API access with User Credentials for an Admin account that will be used for SysTrack. Make note of the Admin user and password, which will also be entered into SysTrack Configure.

   

Enable Workspace ONE Integration

1. Log into SysTrack Configure with a user that has TAS rights to modify settings in SysTrack Configure.

2. Select the Integrations page under SysTrack Settings.

3. Click the Lock icon in the upper right to allow for editing.

4. On the Unified Endpoint Management tab, click the Edit icon next to Workspace ONE and enter the following information:

   • URL: Enter the REST API URL.

   • Username: Enter the Admin’s username with API Access.

   • Password: Enter the Admin user’s password.

   • Auth Token: Enter the API Key.

   

5. Click OK, then click Save Changes.

6. Click the open Lock icon to end your editing session. SysTrack will query the MDM for devices which will then show up on the Assignments page within 5 minutes.
