Tools
In Assist, the Tools page allows you to access any pre-authorized automations, surveys, and engagements that you can run remotely.
NOTE: If your organization does not use Tools, you will not see it.
To create surveys and engagements, go to Configure > Tools. See Surveys for more information.
NOTE: Access engagements and surveys in the Self Help tool.
Run Automations

From the Run Automations tab, browse through the list of automations and select one. The description opens in the right panel.

Determine the Run Mode.

Run Silently: automation starts and runs in the background.

Prompt: provides a pop-up that asks if the user would like to run the automation.

Notify: pop-up that indicates when the automation will run and runs without user input

Click Run.
Engagements
An engagement is a way to engage a user. A pop-up message displays on the user's system and asks if they would like to complete an engagement. If the user chooses no, the message closes. If the response is yes, the user is provided an automation or a link to a specified URL.
Run an Engagement

In the Run Engagements panel, select an engagement.

Click Run.
Survey
A survey poses questions to the user. A pop-up message displays on the user's system and asks if they would like to complete a survey. If the user chooses no, the message closes. If the response is yes, the user answers questions for the survey.
