Performance

Performance shows the percentage of resources being used on the system.

NOTE: If enabled, the auto-refresh option at the top right shows that the data is live. It refreshes every 15 seconds.

  • CPU Usage: High CPU could mean the user is using an intensive application, such as video processing software or it is possible that the hardware needs to be upgraded.

  • Memory Usage: High memory usage is a problem if the user tries to perform complex functions, such as running drafting programs or creating pivot tables.

  • Disk Activity: A high disk activity percentage could mean that too many instances of an application are open or that the system is under-provisioned.

  • Network Usage: Shows if there are any connection issues. Possibly related to a poor connection with the home WiFi or ISP.

NOTE: This resource tends to be high for remote workers.
