What is SysTrack?

Lakeside’s flagship product, SysTrack, is an end point monitoring platform that leverages our embedded AI engine and rich data set to enable IT teams to proactively resolve complex issues. SysTrack captures data such as CPU, disk, memory, and more than 10,000 other data points directly from the workspace. The data is then analyzed by SysTrack so that your IT department can lower the amount of help desk tickets, identify over and under-provisioning, reduce time to resolution, track SLA performance, and measure the performance of roll outs.
